1. Destinations and prices
- Spain: FREE shipping on all orders.
- European Union: €8.99.
- Rest of the world (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and United Arab Emirates): €12.99.
Shipping costs are always shown in the cart before you pay.
2. Delivery times
Orders usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive from the moment your purchase is confirmed. During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, sales) or for shipments outside the European Union due to customs checks, delivery may take a few extra days.
3. Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it at all times.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update or cancel it and refund you in full.
5. Customs and taxes
Prices include VAT. For shipments outside the European Union, customs in the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. These charges are not set by MANAI and, if applicable, are paid by the recipient.
6. Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the stated time, arrives damaged or is missing an item, write to us and we will sort it out. To avoid delays, please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.
